1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Listings, Events & Services

• Venue owners, event organisers, and service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
• All listings are subject to admin review and approval before becoming publicly visible.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that is misleading, offensive, or in violation of applicable law.

4. Bookings & Payments

• All payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Yoco / PayFast).
• Booking confirmation is subject to payment being successfully received.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with the individual event organiser's cancellation policy.
• In cases of event cancellation by the organiser, we will facilitate refunds where possible.

5. Advertising Credits

• Advertising credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Credits do not expire and can be used across all advertisements on the platform.
• We reserve the right to reject or remove advertisements that violate our content guidelines.

6. User Content & Reviews

• By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
• You must not submit false, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
• All reviews are subject to moderation and may be removed at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable South African privacy legislation (POPIA).

8. Limitation of Liability

We act as a platform connecting users with venues, events, and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any listed event, venue, or service. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
